It could be welcome news for hundreds of Frontier customers still having problems after the company took over Verizon more than a month ago.

Frontier has rolled out an action plan to address those service issues. This comes one day after Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi met with Frontier executives.

She says her office has received more than 700 complaints from customers.

As part of the action plan, Frontier has created a customer service line strictly for Florida.

Frontier says it is also prioritizing senior customers and those with medical concerns. They will fix their service issues first.

Bondi says Frontier will issue credits to all customers who had service interruptions. Those credits will be issued by June and will appear on your statement.

Here's the new Florida-based customer service number: (888) 457-4110.

It's open from  7 a.m. until 11 p.m.

If you're still having problems, you can file a complaint with the attorney genera's office. That number is (866) 9NO-SCAM (66-7226).
