Aerial Dragons in Ybor take fitness to new heights

TAMPA (FOX 13) - There is a fitness option that is truly a work of art, and can take you to new heights.

Aerial Dragons is located in Ybor City, offering classes for all skills levels. You can fly, hang and twirl from the sky using silk hanging from the ceiling. Beginners will learn how to climb and wrap their feet and legs to hoist and hold yourself safely and properly. 

It’s okay if you don’t feel as graceful as the veterans, but the Aerial Dragons expert also perform at events across the state and in Tampa Bay.
