Flames Indian Cuisine takes pride in heritage with modern twists

- An Indian restaurant takes pride in its roots, but also has a touch of modern style in its cuisine.

At Flames Indian Cuisine, they promise a collection of dishes from 30 different regions of India that would satisfy those in tune with the spices, but also can help guide those who are new to the Indian experience. There is butter chicken, lamb korma, curry fish and also vegetarian options, like chana masala, which are spiced garbanzo beans or baigan bhartha, which is baked eggplant.

They even have a clay oven to cook meats, as well as their popular naan bread, which would take under a minute to make.

There are ten levels of spiciness. Tread carefully. It could clear our those allergies within minutes.

If you're not familiar with Indian cuisine, the restaurant says they will help guide you into an authentic experience and find the best dish for you. With all the options, there is most likely something for everyone.
