Tampa police make arrest in deadly hit-and-run crash

- Tampa police have arrested a man they say is responsible for a deadly hit-and-run crash.

It happened back on March 19 on the corner of Interbay Boulevard and Macdill Ave.

Police say they arrested 26-year-old Ryan Fisher after releasing video of the crash.

Fisher is accused of hitting and killing Michael Bladen as he was riding his bike on Interbay.

Fisher has been charged with leaving the scene of a crash with death.
