Man arrested for having meth ingredients at gas station

- St. Petersburg police arrest a man after they say he showed up at a gas station with the ingredients to make meth.

Police say they were called about a trespasser at the Wawa gas station on 22nd Avenue North around 10:30 PM.

When they got there they found Gregory Lawrence with a bottle. Inside, were the chemicals used to make meth.

The area behind the store was closed until the narcotics unit could dispose of the bottle.

Lawrence has been charged with trespassing after warning and manufacturing methamphetamine
