Report: Charlotte man charged after biting neighbor's nose off

- Charlotte-Mecklenburg police charged a man for aggravated assault after reportedly biting another man's nose off.

Early Tuesday morning officers responded to the 1400 block of Chippendale Road in reference to an assault.

The victim told police that the suspect, Willie Louchie, 66, attacked him - and then bit his nose off.

No word on what led to the vicious attack. 

The suspect was arrest for aggravated assault: inflicting serious injury.
