Police investigating after dramatic video shows man robbing driver involved in car accident

- Police are seeking a suspect who committed a robbery in Upper Kensington earlier this month.

The incident took place on the morning of December 4. The 25-year-old driver was in an auto accident on Tioga Street. After the accident, the suspect entered the car, began punching the victim in the face, and stole his iPhone and tablet.

The victim was transported to Temple Hospital and treated.

The suspect is described as a black male, around 30, with a beard, and he was wearing a green jacket, and blue jeans.
