Police looking for driver in deadly hit and run

- Police in Sarasota are looking for the driver who hit and killed a bicyclist - and drove away.

It happened around 7:15 p.m. in the northbound lanes of U.S. Highway 301, between 6th and 8th Streets on Sunday. 

Officers say a driver hit the back of the bike and kept going.

The man on the bike was rushed to the hospital, but he did not survive.  His name has not been released.

Police are looking for a dark colored Toyota Corolla with front end damage.
