Caught on camera: Home explodes after car crash

- A car crashed into a house in Hurst, Texas on Saturday afternoon.

Three people inside the home and an officer responding to the accident were injured in the incident.

A neighbor’s surveillance video recorded as the blast blew the home’s roof into the air.

A family - husband, wife, and son - living in the home were all taken to the hospital.

The wife was in critical condition.

Authorities say the driver claimed faulty brakes made the car become out of control.

The driver is currently in police custody.

There was no word on whether he will be charged.
