Zookeeper bitten by tiger at ZooMiami

- A zookeeper was bitten by a tiger at ZooMiami Tuesday afternoon.

Spokesman Ron Magill told WSVN in Miami that a 20-year-old female zookeeper was feeding the tiger through the fence when the tiger bit the tip of her finger. Feeding the tiger through the fence is against zoo protocol, Magill said.

There's no word yet on the severity of her injury.
