8 people hurt after turbulence on JetBlue flight to Orlando

- Eight people are recovering Tuesday morning after being injured by turbulence during a JetBlue flight to Orlando.

The airline says the injuries happened on Flight 1134 from San Juan, Puerto Rico to Orlando.

The plane landed at Orlando International Airport around 9:00 p.m. Monday night and passengers were met by medical personnel.

At this point it is not clear just how badly these 8 passengers were hurt, but we do know that there were no life-threatening injuries.

OIA says that there was no impact to normal operations at the airport and the airline says the plane was not damaged while no other flights were impacted.
