MISSING CHILD ALERT issued for 6-year-old Fla. girl

- UPDATE: The Missing Child Alert for Jade Martinez was canceled shortly before 11 a.m.


 A Florida MISSING CHILD Alert has been issued for a 6-year-old girl out of Miami, Fla.

Officials say Ashley Jade Martinez was last seen in the area of the 200 block of Sw 14th Avenue, and may be in the company of a 53-year-old woman named Lilly Eugenia Hatton.

Martinez is said described as a white female with brown hair and hazel eyes. She is about 4’4” and weighs 75 pounds.

Hatton is said to be a white/Hispanic female who also has brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5’5” and weighs about 170 pounds.

Officials have not said how, if at all, they are related to one another.
