Turkey tries to escape Thanksgiving table at Orlando church

A turkey that must be very aware of the upcoming holiday tried to seek shelter in an Orlando church this weekend.  
 
The wild turkey was spotted trying to enter St. Luke’s United Methodist Church on Apopka Vineland Road Friday morning.   
 
Church officials say the turkey circled the building and was seen at several doors. 
 
St. Luke's live streamed the turkey on Periscope at @stlukesorlando.  
 
In just a few days photos of the turkey have gone viral seen by tens of thousands of people across the globe.
