Woman arrested at Disney's Grand Floridian, accused of spitting and kicking deputy

- A woman staying at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa was arrested for kicking, punching and spitting on deputies and a security officer.

Deputies say it started with 36-year-old Virginia Vivier hitting her husband and cursing. They say her blood alcohol level was three times the legal limit.

Vivier faces charges of domestic violence, battery on a law enforcement officer, battery on a security officer, resisting arrest with violence, and attempted aggravated battery for attempting to bite and spit on deputy.
