Secret Santa to thank veterans for their service

- Not everyone loves Secret Santa, but the 2nd Annual Secret Santa for Vets Program is something everyone can get behind.

Secret Santa for Vets was created to fill a void many veterans feel upon returning home. Overseas, they receive care packages and letters regularly. Although they are home with their families, a little extra love from willing members of the community makes winter a little bit warmer.

What makes this Secret Santa program different than most is it is JUST about giving. That’s because veterans have already given more than we could ever ask for.

None of the veterans have any idea they are even signed up, and will be genuinely surprised. Anyone can nominate a veteran on the website, and donors are given gift ideas and clothing sizes along with the name of the veteran to keep in mind while spending the $50 minimum.

Watch the video to see how an entire country plays Secret Santa.
