Maintenance man holds burglar at gunpoint

- A maintenance man saved the day when someone tried to burglarize a Tampa church.  It happened about 2 a.m.. Monday morning the First Baptist Church of Tampa on Kennedy Boulevard.

Police say the maintenance man caught the burglar in the act, pulled a gun, and held him at gunpoint until police could arrive.  He will not be charged.

No one was hurt.
