14-year-old dies after Port Richey shootout, deputies say

A 14-year-old has died after a shootout in a Port Richey neighborhood, deputies say.

On February 14, Pasco County deputies say the teenager was in the backseat of a car with three others when a driver of another vehicle following them began firing a gun on Ridge Crest Drive.

The suspect is described as a white male, wearing a blue hat and dark clothing, with a pierced eyebrow and no facial hair. Deputies released a composite sketch of the alleged suspect.

Detectives say the suspect could have been driving an older model black Mazda 4DR with no hubcaps and black rims, last seen going east on Ridge Crest Drive after the shooting.
