Peeper spotted peering into New Port Richey homes

- Police in New Port Richey say there may be a peeper on the loose after two separate incidents early Wednesday morning.

It was around 4:50 a.m. when police received reports about a man spotted looking into people's homes.  During one of the incidents, the peeper was seen with one of his hands "inside his pant area."

One of the victims confronted the creeper and reported that he spoke with a Spanish accent. The man then fled from the scene on a bicycle.

Police are hoping you can help them identify the man.  They’re asking anyone with information to call the New Port Richey Police Department at 727-841-4550 or call or 727-815-TIPS.
