Gunman kills two in 'random' shooting at Titusville hospital

Titusville police said two people were killed in a shooting at Parrish Medical Center early Sunday morning.
Police said a gunman entered the hospital around 2 a.m. Sunday and went to the third floor.
Authorities said he shot an elderly woman, who was a patient, and a hospital employee. Both victims were killed, police said.
The patient was identified as 88-year-old Cynthia Zingsheim and the employee was 36-year-old Carrie Rouzer.
According to investigators, the gunman, 29-year-old David Owens, has no connection to the victims and the crime is believed to be random.
Police said Owens was taken down by unarmed security guards. He has been charged with two counts of murder.
