Fugitive uses 'wanted' poster as Facebook profile pic

- A Florida fugitive has been arrested after police say he used his wanted poster as his Facebook profile picture.

Mack Yearwood went on the run last October.  He was wanted for violating the terms of his probation in a battery case.

When he set his Citrus County Sheriff's Office 'wanted' poster as his profile picture, family members told him to take it down.  He didn't listen.

Last week, police in Martin County were called to another battery case.  Yearwood's name came up during the investigation.  That led them to Yearwood's Facebook page, along with his outstanding warrants.

When officers found him, he was sleeping at his brother's house.  He asked an officer to hand him his pants, and as he started to dress, officers say a bag of weed fell out of his pocket.

Now, he has a new mugshot for marijuana possession.
