Fire leads to investigation of possible break-in at Tampa business

An investigation is underway following a fire at a south Tampa business Thursday morning.

Tampa Fire rescue crews were called to the Hookah Hut Coffee Lounge on Kennedy Boulevard sometime around 6:30 a.m., when an onlooker spotted the flames.

The investigation took a turn when, fire officials say, they noticed the front door had been busted in and there was broken glass on the ground.

The propane line was on fire inside.

The fire has been extinguished and Tampa police are looking into whether or not a crime took place.
