FHP: Truck driver hit school bus, left scene

- The Florida Highway Patrol is looking for a driver who hit a school bus in Dover Friday afternoon and left the scene.

Troopers say the driver of a 2014 Ford F-150 rear-ended a school bus while both vehicles were heading eastbound on SR-574 near Gallagher Road.  The truck and the bus both pulled over, but the driver of the truck, a man, got out and ran off before authorities arrived on scene.

The bus driver had one adult passenger at the time of the crash.  Neither of them were injured.

Anyone with information regarding the driver of the truck is asked to contact the FHP by calling 813-631-4020.
