PHOTOS: Hundreds of activists join Climate March in Tampa

- Hundreds of people marched in Tampa on Saturday calling for a commitment to clean, renewable energy.

The march in Tampa was one of many climate marches being held nationwide.

The group met at Lykes Gaslight Park before marching to MacDill Park on the Riverwalk.

Activists were hoping to raise awareness about climate change and its regional impacts and to provide avenues for people to take action.
