Woman killed in St. Pete shooting

- St. Petersburg Police are investigating a homicide at 1100 James Avenue South.

Melinda Soria, 35, was found deceased outside the home. St. Pete PD said the male shooter is someone she knew. There were three other adults home at the time. 

The incident occurred before 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday. Police said they are following good leads.
