72-year-old man arrested for sexual battery on two children
PLANT CITY, Fla. - Deputies have arrested a 72-year-old Hillsborough County man for the sexual battery of two children.
Deputies say David Kenneth Buser committed a sexual battery on two 17-year-olds, one of them in March 2018 and the other in November 2017. Both victims told investigators similar sexual acts have been going on since 2008, since they were six-years-old.
Both victims positively identified Buser as the person who committed the offenses.
Detectives say the victims knew Buser, and that the acts occurred at a residence in Hillsborough County.
Buser was arrested at his home in Plant City and charged with sexual battery on a child and lewd and lascivious molestation of a child.
