St. Pete employee hit by car outside City Hall

- A city employee, struck by a vehicle in front of City Hall this morning, is in critical condition.

According to police, 19-year-old Khadijah Moenay Herring was turning from 5th Street N to 2nd Avenue N when he struck a man who was walking across the crosswalk.

Police identified the victim as Steve Wes Milliron, a city Water Resources employee.  He's currently at Bayfront Medical Center in critical condition. 

Police say their investigation is continuing.
