Pinellas burglaries caught by surveillance cameras

- Two men were caught by surveillance cameras breaking into a gas station in Dunedin and are suspected in another burglary in Oldsmar.

Detectives with the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office Burglary and Pawn Unit hope someone can identify the two men in the video from Munchies Convenient Store located at 614 Union Street in Dunedin.

They're also suspected in a burglary at the Speedway Gas Station located at 3659 S.R. 580 in Oldsmar. Both happened early morning February 3 - the first incident at about 3:50 a.m. and the second at about 5:30 a.m.

Video from Munchies Convenient Store shows one suspect smashing the door with a brick or rock. The other climbs over the counter and looks around the register area.

He can be heard yelling, "Bro, there's nothing in here." The other suspect is then heard saying, "Alright, let's go. Come on!."

Detectives said they took two empty cash register boxes, cigarettes, and beer. At both burglaries, the suspects were seen leaving on foot.

The first male suspect wore a gray and white hooded sweater, long camouflage pants, black gloves, and black shoes. The hooded sweater was pulled over the suspect's face in the video.

The second suspect is described as light skinned male. He was shirtless and wore black pants, black shoes, and an orange shirt wrapped around his head, covering his face.

Anyone with information about the burglaries or the two men seen in the video is asked to contact Detective Adam Przybysz of the Burglary and Pawn Unit at (727) 582-6200 or remain anonymous and be eligible for a reward contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-873-TIPS or www.crimestoppersofpinellas.

The investigation continues.
