Woman who filmed own DUI avoids prison

- A Lakeland woman who filmed herself driving drunk on social media will not be going to prison.

Whitney Beall pleaded no contest in court last week.

Last October, she broadcast herself live on Periscope to tell all her followers she was driving drunk.

Police were able to track her down using the app; she was arrested for DUI.

Beall, now 24, is on probation for 12 months and has to do 150 hours of community service.
