Two men are facing arson charges after breaking into the community clubhouse at the Venue Apartments near USF.

Surveillance video shows them stuffing a toaster oven with items, then turning it on.

The ensuing fire caused $30,000 worth of damage.

It happened on April 28th, but the two suspects are still at large.

“I mean that is pretty crazy you just don’t feel safe living in that kind of environment,” said resident Hisa Navas.

There is a $3000 dollar reward from Crime Stoppers for information leading to an arrest.

One suspect was wearing a red hoodie, the other had a white T-shirt on.
