Bern's Steak House valet drivers robbed at gunpoint

At least two valet drivers at the iconic Bern's Steak House in Tampa have been robbed at gunpoint.

The most recent robbery happened around 12:30 a.m. Sunday. Another similar robbery of a valet driver was reported in early May. Tampa police are investigating both cases.

In the robbery on May 1, the valet driver was retrieving a customer's vehicle down an alley when a white male approached him. Police said the thief pointed a gun at the valet driver and said, "Stop, give me all of your money."

The victim told FOX 13 he handed over cash and dropped the customer's keys on the ground before running away.

The suspect is described as being in his 30's, around 6 feet tall, with an unkempt beard and wearing a baseball cap with heavy curved bill. Anyone with information about the robberies is asked to contact Tampa police.
