Bodies of missing kayakers found in Lake Manatee
BRADENTON (FOX 13) - Two bodies recovered from Lake Manatee Saturday were those of kayakers who went missing earlier in the day, according the the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission.
FWC and Manatee County officials were searching for the kayakers in the waters of Lake Manatee State Park. They said it appears the two were not wearing life vests when their kayak flipped over.
The identities of the two were not released.
