Teenager injured in Largo motorcycle crash

- A 16-year-old was struck by a motorcycle in Pinellas County, troopers say.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a motorcycle was traveling eastbound in the outside lane on Ulmerton Road, just west of 62nd Street North. Troopers said that’s when Saul Paulino of Clearwater walked into the path of the motorcycle, and was hit around 6 a.m.

Paulino was transported to Bayfront Medical Center with serious injuries. The motorcyclist ha minor injuries. 

The crash caused some roadblock in the eastbound lanes of Ulmerton Road, but was cleared about an hour later.
