Cops respond to Blake HS, shots reported near bus stop

- Several police officers were called to Blake High School Monday morning after reports of shots fired near one the school’s bus stops.

Tampa police say a student reported hearing gunshots between four and five blocks away from the bus stop at 47th Street and 26th Avenue.

Police then arrived to the school to investigate, and ask if any students saw or heard anything.

No one was injured, and for now, police say they have not been able to verify that any shots were fired.
