Megan and Bobby Kapsidis' trip to Florida was made more interesting when they found a piece of history.

"I've looked through the pictures hundreds of times and they're just so pretty," said Megan. "I feel like I want to know the rest of the story."

The couple, visiting from Arizona, found wedding albums belonging to a couple married more than 50 years ago.

"Just your classic photos of getting ready for your big day."

It was Joseph and Marguerite Garguilo's big day. They married in New York almost 54 years ago on September 14, 1963.

Megan and her husband found the albums while renovating his mother's home in Holiday.

"My husband decided he wanted to tear it down at 8:00 in the evening and when he did, that's when everything started falling out of the ceiling."

That's when the renovation project became a search party. Megan says she's found hundreds of Marguerite Garguilos online, all across the nation.

"I've had thousands of people e-mail me or message me trying to say, 'Hey! I think this is her. You should call her.'"

But, she has yet to find the "one."

"Everybody wants to know what's going to happen,"  said Megan. "They want to know if she gets her album back. Everybody's excited for her. They can't wait to see what happens."

Megan says she has a possible lead closer to the home in Holiday. She believes the bride's father owned the home.

"Through property records we've kind of tracked her down a little bit, and we think she's actually still local here."

She says it's her goal to return this album to its rightful owners, or the descendants of the bride and groom.

"My husband have digital copies of our wedding album. If one computer crashes, it's on another one. If we leave them somewhere, we can just get them somewhere else. They didn't have that in 1963 so the photos that you have in the book are the only photos that they have of that day, of their memories that day, and to me that's really important to have. If I had lost my wedding album, I would hope that somebody would find it and return it to me. So, there's no other option for me."

Through property records, Megan believes Marguerite may have remarried since the photographs were taken in 1963. However, until she finds the albums' owners, she cannot be sure.
