Deputies found 26-year-old Michael Cruz in his vehicle at the intersection Main Street and Bass Boulevard in Dunedin around 4 a.m.

According to investigators, Cruz's vehicle was not moving despite having a green light. Deputies said they had to knock on the window several times to get his attention.
