Deputies: Man, woman found dead at Chevron gas station

TAMPA (FOX 13) - A man and woman were found dead with severe upper body trauma Saturday morning, deputies said.

The victims were discovered at a now-closed Chevron gas station on Hillsborough Avenue near the Hard Rock Hotel, deputies said.

The victims were identified as Tommy Skeens and Lara Kuchar.

Detectives are searching for 46-year-old Ricky Hathorne, because they believe he has information about the deaths.

Hathorne is a black male weighing around 230 lbs. with salt and pepper hair. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a blue shirt and a baseball cap.
