Pinellas County deputies need help in identifying and finding two skimmer suspects.

Detectives said a skimmer device was installed at one of SunTrust Bank’s ATM machine at 3705 East Bay Drive. Surveillance video showed it was placed around 8:40 a.m. on August 12. The suspects retrieved the device later the same day after a customer found it. The customer unknowingly gave it to the one of the suspects who was monitoring from a distance. The suspect gave the customer a high-five.

The agency said four credit cards were compromised as a result of the skimming device.

The suspects were described as two black males between the ages of 35 and 45. One suspect is described to have a full beard, a muscular build, and was wearing a dark blue t-shirt, sunglasses and a maroon baseball cap. The second suspect is described as unshaven, with a heavy build, short afro hair, and was wearing a New York Yankees baseball cap, a white t-shirt and blue pants.
