Deputies seek to identify bank robbery suspect

- Hillsborough County Sheriff's Deputies are hoping to identify a suspect who robbed a Fifth Third Bank in Lithia last week.

The robbery occurred at the Fifth Third Bank at 16509 Fishhawk Boulevard at 11:16 a.m. on Friday, December 2.

According to a spokesperson for HCSO, the suspect entered the bank and presented a note to the teller demanding money.  They say he did not imply or present a weapon.  Once the suspect received an undisclosed amount of money, he exited the bank walking west through the parking lot.

Anyone with any information regarding the identity and whereabouts of this suspect is asked to call the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office at 247-8200. Anyone who wants to be remain anonymous and be eligible for a cash reward is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-873-TIPS (8477).
