Manatee deputies release wanted poster for murder suspect on the run

- The Manatee County Sheriff's Office have released a wanted poster of the teen whom they say is connected to a homicide.

Alexander Cherp, 23, was found dead outside his vehicle by a security guard at Greenbrook Park in Lakewood Ranch on February 5.

Deputies said Saturday that they have arrested and charged 19-year-old Jose Hernandez with murder and armed robbery.

Investigators are searching 17-year-old Alan Baily, who is also facing murder and armed robbery charges.

Detectives say all three men appear to have known each other, and they went to the park to meet.

Deputies have not released any more information on a motive.

Anyone with information about Baily's whereabouts is asked to contact MCSO.

There is an $8,000 reward for any information leading to Baily's arrest.
