Detectives arrest boyfriend in shooting death of Clearwater woman

- Clearwater police have made an arrest in the shooting death of 22-year-old Saniye Salahutdin. 

Police arrested 26-year-old Jeremiah James Rodriguez late Sunday night after a homicide investigation that began Friday night. 
 
The shooting happened at the Oakbrook apartments in Clearwater. 
 
Police say that Rodriguez was Salahitdin's boyfriend, and they have been searching for him since the incident. He was booked into the Pinellas County Jail early Monday morning on a charge of first-degree murder.
