Do you know this pig?

- She has faded pink toenails and adores dog treats, and police needed help getting her home.

Officers in Clearwater picked up a potbellied pig this morning -- "chasing bacon," they called it -- on Lombardy Drive.  They believe she's someone's escaped pet.

The animal was placed in the care of the SPCA while they waited for the pig's owners to contact them.

"Help us help this little piggy find her way home!" CPD's Facebook post begged.

Late this afternoon, the SPCA said the owner had reached out and would be picking up the pig in the morning, when the SPCA reopened.
