Donald Trump to stop in Tampa ahead of FL primary

With just one day to go until the Florida Primary, Republican front-runner Donald Trump will be holding a rally Monday at the Tampa Convention Center.

A day ahead of his arrival, former Gov. Sarah Palin (R-Alaska) stopped by the Florida Strawberry Festival Sunday to greet Trump supporters and stump for the candidate.

According to the most recent FOX 13/Opinion Savvy poll numbers, Trump holds nearly a 20-point lead over his closest opponent for the GOP nomination in Florida, Sen. Marco Rubio.  New poll numbers will be released Monday night on the FOX 13 5:00 News.

Road closures downtown will be limited, but the Monday afternoon rally will result in the closure of Franklin Street in front of the Convention Center, starting at approximately 8 a.m.  The closure will be limited to Franklin Street in front of the Convention Center, from Channelside Drive south to Old Water Street.
