Dundee woman instigated fight between two young girls, deputies say

- A Dundee woman has been accused of instigating a fight between her teen daughter and another girl that was caught on cell phone video.

Deputies say the fight happened back on November 29.  According to her arrest affidavit, Giselle Reyes Felix drove her 16-year-old girl to the Kissimmee area of Polk County, where a 17-year-old girl lived.  Sheriff Grady Judd said the older girl did not invite the 16-year-old to a party, angering her.

The sheriff's office says the 17-year-old was walking home from school when she heard a car horn and saw a car pulling up. The 16-year-old yelled at the her, then attacked her.

As the two girls were fighting, deputies say Felix, 36, coached her daughter. When the victim fell on her back, the 16-year-old stomped on her head "multiple times."

A bystander was able to stop the fight temporarily, but Felix allegedly encouraged her daughter to again attack the other girl.

Deputies say neither of the teens suffered any serious injuries from the fight.

Felix was arrested Wednesday, charged with child abuse and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Her daughter was also charged with battery.

Judd said Felix even brought someone along to record video of the whole thing.

“What are you going to do with the video?" the sheriff wondered Friday. "You gonna wrap it up with a set of boxing gloves and give it to your daughter for Christmas?”
