Endangered teen may be with person of interest in murder investigation

- A runaway Tampa teen who was last seen with a person of interest in the shooting death of Alicia Fussell, might be in danger and police hope to find her unharmed.

Bryana Lemaire, 17, was last seen on July 17 with 43-year-old Antwoine Noland, a person of interest in the Alica Fussell murder investigation

"It's really worrisome. I've had a lot of anxiety about it lately," said Bryant Siegfried, Bryana's older brother, adding he's not exactly sure how his sister met Noland. "I guess she just fell in with the wrong people and eventually ended up running into this dude somehow."

Tampa Police want to question Noland about the murder of Alicia Fussell, but has not come forward; the murder happened in the parking lot of a liquor store on Nebraska Avenue.

Fussell's husband, Gary Fussell, believes Noland killed his wife.

"She was with her brother [that night] sitting up there," he told FOX 13 last week. "They were listening to music and the guy just slipped up on them, from what her brother tells me, and just started shooting."

Gary Fussell believes Noland was retaliating against his wife because she planned to testify against him in another case.

Tampa Police have not commented on that possibility, but admit they're worried about the teenager because of her connection to Noland.

"Obviously he's not coming forward so we're a little concerned about what he might do next," said Tampa Police Spokesperson Steve Hegarty.

The murder happened two days after Bryana disappeared, creating a scary set of circumstances for Bryana's family.

"I'm worried about whether or not she's going to end up being next if she decides she wants out and wants to leave," Siegfried said.

Noland is currently wanted for failing to appear in court for a different case, but he's been arrested 10 other times. His charges include aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and carrying a concealed firearm.

Anyone with information about his or Bryana's whereabouts should call Tampa Police.
