FSC student sinks $10,000 half-court shot

- A freshman at Florida Southern College is $10,000 richer after hitting an amazing half-court shot Wednesday. 

Students Mark Bucknam and Connor Angell, both tennis players for the school, went to the basketball game after tennis practice.

Connor talked Bucknam into signing up for a half-court shot contest with a $10,000 prize. And he made it! 

Florida Souther Athletics' Facebook page posted the video, saying, "congrats to Florida Southern freshman Mark Bucknam on winning the $10,000 half-court shot contest at Wednesday's night's men's basketball game against Palm Beach Atlantic."
