Harry the sloth helps man propose at Busch Gardens

Harry, Busch Gardens' famous Hoffman's two-toed sloth, helped make dreams come true Saturday for a happy Tampa couple.

Walter Mccann told his girlfriend, Carly Corvin he was taking her for a day of fun at Busch Gardens. He didn't tell her he had arranged for them to feed Harry the sloth while they were there.

Carly's favorite animal is the sloth, so this was a great surprise! It wasn't the only one Walter had lined up, however.

Once Harry came out to meet Carly and Walter, a Busch Gardens employee asked Carly if she'd like to help feed him.

When Walter lifted the cover to Harry's plate, written in carrots, peppers and other veggies was "Will you marry me?" surrounded by tropical flowers.

After revealing the question, Walter got down on one knee and held up a ring. And she said yes!

When he stood, he pointed Carly to friends and family who had been waiting in the wings for the big reveal.

Afterward, Carly did get to help feed Harry the sloth before talking with FOX 13 News about all the surprises Walter had arranged for her.

"I told him before that if he proposed with a sloth, there was no way I could say, 'no.' So, he took my good advice." Carly jokingly explained. "This is literally the best day of my life for... everything!"

Watler added, with so many moving parts to his plan, he was nervous something could go wrong. But with the help or the folks at Busch Gardens, and true love on his side, the plan went off without a hitch!
