Each in their own words, classmates of Hillsborough senior Ashley Perdomo penned their final goodbyes Friday at the Terriers' football game.

Perdomo was killed Wednesday night. FHP says she was crossing a roadway when Nikolaos Konstantinou hit her and kept going.  He bonded out of jail Friday morning, telling reporters he never saw her.

Ashley’s mother cried as balloons were released before Friday night’s kickoff. Those in the stands also stood for a moment of silence. Ashley would’ve attended Friday night’s game.

“I wrote, 'everyone loved you. I hope you know everyone loved you. and you had an effect on everybody,'” senior Jubilee Gonzalez said of her message to Ashley.

“You were always like a sister to me. God has received another angel. I love you,” Ivette Guaba wrote on the wall for her best friend. “It is numbing, like you don’t know what to do...I feel like he didn’t care at all I feel like he said those words to say them.”

But under the Friday night lights ,the star she wants to focus on is Ashley’s.

“Her last words to be me were, 'I love you, sis.' I meant a lot to her. We were basically sisters,” Guaba said.  “She's always going to be with me.”
