Howl-O-Scream at Busch Gardens has something for every thrill-seeker
TAMPA (FOX 13) - Creepy clowns, undead children, and dystopian soldiers are hiding around every corner - and in plain sight - at this year's Howl-O-Scream at Busch Gardens Tampa.
FOX 13 got a sneak-preview of this year's haunts and it did not disappoint even our toughest terror critic.
Busch Gardens Tampa is known with families as being very kid-friendly, but the kids that come out at night turn out to be less than pleasant.
And there's a horror genre for every thrill-seeker in your clan. Run from the undead in the Zombie Containment Unit and try to avoid the plank in The Black Spot - where pirates hope to take you down below, never to return.
Back by popular demand - book a stay at Motel Hell for an overnight you'll never forget, but wish you could.
Howl-O-Scream events are open most nights from September 22 through October 29.
Single-night tickets - for individuals or groups of more than 15 - are under $40 each. Or you can buy one pass good for re-entry all 19 nights.
Frights start at 7:30 p.m., but Howl-O-Scream tickets grant you park entry beginning at 5 p.m.
