Jonchuck trial set for February 2018
CLEARWATER (FOX 13) - A Pinellas County judge has set the trial date for the man accused of throwing his daughter to her death off the Dick Misner Bridge back in 2015.
The case against John Jonchuck is scheduled to begin February 5. It will likely last about three weeks.
He was found competent to stand trial earlier this year.
As it stands now, the state is seeking the death penalty.
