BROOKSVILLE, Fla. (FOX 13) - A Pasco County man was charged with battery after he allegedly sprayed his neighbor in the face with a pressure washer.
According to the arrest report, it was around 7 p.m. Friday when the unnamed victim was using a blower to clear his yard along Somerset Acres Lane in Brooksville. That’s when a neighbor, identified by deputies as Johnny Plaster Junior, allegedly walked over to him and sprayed him, “causing dirt and water to hit the victim in the face and upper body.”
The incident was caught on home surveillance video, deputies noted.
Plaster, 52, was charged with misdemeanor battery.
Deputies did not suggest a motive for the crime.
